Showing requests can be made personally by phone and on line. · Place Supra lock box on door. · Recommend various ways to stage your house and improve marketability. · Produce a detailed listing on the Multiple Listing Service. Highlight special amenities and upgrades, with comments in the MLS remarks section. · Utilize a professional photographer for listing pictures, as well as production of a Virtual Slide Show which includes approximately 30 photos of your property. · Feature your property on at least three websites with international syndication including www.har.com, www.realtor.com (the real estate website with the largest internet exposure in the US) and my personal website at www.KrisHoch.com.
